Before an applicant is considered for employment, the application packet must be complete. A complete application packet includes:
1. APPLICATION (Required) - Fill out all information requested on the electronic application so that is complete. When listing your employment history, please list names and contact information for individuals that have SUPERVISED your work as they will be contacted for a reference.
2. TRANSCRIPT (Required) - Submit a copy of an up to date High School or college transcript which includes degree(s), if any, conferred. An official transcript will be required upon employment.
3. CERTIFICATION/LICENSE (Preferred - only Required if enrolled in an alternative certification program)- Submit a copy of your certification/license (if applying for a position that requires certification/license. (i.e., Bus Driver, HVAC, Food Service, LVN, etc.)
a. Texas Teacher Certificate; or
b. Out of state certificate (with SBEC letter); or
c. Letter of Completion (from university indicating that applicant has applied for certification);
d. Eligibility letter (from alternative certification program) and 30 clock hours field-based observations fulfilled letter; or
e. License (ie., RN, Physical Therapist, etc.)
4. RESUME (Required)- Submit an up to date resume.
